Jim Peelman is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. 

Jim is the co-founder and CEO of Blue Chip Consulting Group, who was acquired by Core BTS in August 2020. Today, he serves as Executive Vice President of the Core BTS Microsoft Business Unit and is responsible for go-to-market strategy execution and Microsoft services revenue growth.

Prior to Blue Chip, Jim held several leadership positions at TEKSystems, an industry leader in full-stack technology and talent services, including Director of Business Operations of the Louisville market for 10 years and Indianapolis for 5 years.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.

Tony Guidi is the Senior Vice President of Growth and Partnerships. He manages Blue Chip's Microsoft Partnership and strategic growth opportunities. Prior to Blue Chip, Tony held leadership positions at Microsoft, MTM Technologies, Vector, Linc Networks and SARCOM. As such, he brings over 25 years of consulting leadership, and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, to our organization.

Eric Willard is the Senior Vice President of Consulting Services. He is responsible for improving consulting operations and ensuring quality of delivery for clients. Eric has over 25 years of experience in IT and has been with Blue Chip since 2005. He is a Cleveland native and graduate of Bowling Green State University.

As the Senior Vice President of Sales, Steve is responsible for developing and maintaining business with direct client and strategic channel partners. Steve has extensive experience leading diverse teams of sellers, as well as developing new business within large, multi-national corporations. Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Youngstown State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Justine Lemanowicz is the Vice President of Finance and Reporting. Justine is responsible for all financial reporting and oversees the Finance and Administration departments for the organization. Justine received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Lincoln Russell is the Managing Director of the Modern Workplace Practice at Blue Chip. He leads the day-to-day operations of the practice and is responsible for developing a team of consultants and architects. Lincoln has over 20 years of IT experience including consulting and operations management. He has been a proud member of the Blue Chip team since 2013.

As the Managing Director of Blue Chip's Cloud Practice, Paul is responsible for day-to-day operations of the practice including resource allocation and project oversight. In addition, he collaborates with Microsoft to grow client accounts. Paul is a graduate of Sullivan University and is experienced in business transformation, application modernization, and managed services delivery.

Fred is the Managing Director of Blue Chip's Security Practice and leads the Center of Excellence, a group of Blue Chip employees dedicated to continuous improvement. Fred works with his team to tap into all of the security features in Azure and Microsoft 365, as well as develop best practices and enhance project delivery for Blue Chip clients. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and a father of two.

Gregg is the Director of Operations for the Operations as a Service Practice at Blue Chip. He leads the day-to-day management of the Practice, helping his team provide ongoing management, support and system optimization for Blue Chip clients. Gregg is a seasoned IT veteran and graduate of Kent State University who spends his weekends camping with his family in Northeast Ohio.

Will Kaiser is the Director of Operations for the Cloud Practice at Blue Chip. He has 18 years of IT experience with a strong background in consulting and project delivery. Will works to drive delivery excellence and development within his team, as well as to drive the strategic direction of the Cloud Practice. He is a proud graduate of Kent State University, a husband, and a father of three.

Ruth Kyle is the Director of Operations for the Modern Workplace Practice at Blue Chip. She has 18 years of IT experience with a strong background in project management, readiness management, and business and data analysis. Ruth is responsible for driving delivery excellence within her team, as well as providing strategic direction for the Practice. She is a proud graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and is an avid runner.

Jason Barr is the Director of Cloud Development. He works with our Cloud Practice to help clients make the most of their investment in the cloud, especially Azure. Jason is a seasoned IT professional with significant experience in application development and modernization.

In his role as Director of Cloud Infrastructure, Jesse leverages his enterprise retail and datacenter acumen to help Blue Chip's Cloud Practice develop creative solutions for all industries. He has over 18 years of experience leading large-scale application migrations including the replatforming of major ERP systems to private and public clouds including Microsoft Azure.

As Vice President of Business Development, Steve manages Blue Chip's Microsoft services partnership, uncovering unique consulting opportunities for the business. Prior to Blue Chip, Steve spent 14 years at Microsoft. He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and proud Hoosier.

Craig leads Blue Chip’s Channel business, helping a team of sales managers drive strategic growth and development within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem. Craig has over 10 years of experience in IT sales and is a graduate of East Carolina University.

In addition to managing day-to-day corporate communications and events, Kate leads the execution of Blue Chip's go-to-market strategy. With a strong background in PR and digital marketing, Kate helps Blue Chip achieve maximum brand impact in the marketplace. She is a Cleveland native and proud graduate of The E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University.
