Office 365 Architect

Day-to-day, this individual would...

  • Work independently and / or as a part of a Blue Chip project team
  • Lead small Blue Chip project teams
  • Participate in client whiteboards and discussions
  • Review ROMs and SOWs
  • Manage scope and scope change in a client project
  • Summarize / document client project requirements
  • Lead and / or contribute to technical design sessions
  • Prepare technical design documentation and task-level project plans
  • Manage client expectations and communications

Required Skills

  • Background in Messaging (Lotus Notes, Exchange)
  • Migration and coexistence experience with all currently supported versions of Lotus Notes to Exchange using Quest
  • Hands-on experience migrating enterprise organizations to Office 365
  • Experience managing and remediating Active Directory items that could prevent a migration to Office 365
  • Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting
  • Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios
  • Experience with third-party migration tools from companies like Dell
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Identity and Security technologies
    • EM+S, Federation Services, Identity Management
  • Hands-on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, including Hybrid Office 365 configuration
  • Expert-level PowerShell capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome difficult challenges
  • Client focus and the ability to effectively communicate with client sponsors
  • Ability to travel 20% to 60% for client projects – domestically and/or internationally
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, as well as a drug screen
